BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Individual booking: from 1 to 4 rooms

All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card which does not expire until after the date of departure. The hotel cannot accept bookings which are not guaranteed with a credit card.

The credit card used to confirm the booking, has to be presented at check-in, otherwise the guest has to present another valid credit card at check-in.

Flexible rate:

Your credit card WILL NOT be debited at the time of reservation. The hotel just asks for your card details to guarantee the booking.

If you want to cancel or change your booking:

a. you can cancel or modify until 23:59  2 days prior to arrival (J-2), using the official website of the hotel

b. If you cancel late or don’t show up, the full cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card which you have given us the details of by way of a guarantee.  

 Semi-Flexible rate:

Your credit card WILL NOT be debited at the time of reservation. The hotel just asks for your card details to guarantee the booking.

If you want to cancel or change your booking:

a. you can cancel or modify until 23h59, 7 days prior to arrival, using the website of the hotel

b. If you cancel outside this period or if you don’t show up, the full cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card which you used to guarantee the booking  

 Non-refundable rate:

If you choose the "non-refundable" rate, your credit card will be debited when you make your booking. "Non-refundable" bookings cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless it is done within the grace period of 24hrs following your reservation. 

Some debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron, V Pay) cannot be used for non-refundable bookings.

2. Group booking: 5 or more rooms

The terms of payment and cancellation policy vary according to the number of rooms booked and the length of your stay.
