1. Individual booking: from 1 to 4 rooms
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card which does not expire until after the date of departure. The hotel cannot accept bookings which are not guaranteed with a credit card.
The credit card used to confirm the booking, has to be presented at check-in, otherwise the guest has to present another valid credit card at check-in.
Your credit card WILL NOT be debited at the time of reservation. The hotel just asks for your card details to guarantee the booking.
If you want to cancel or change your booking:
a. you can cancel or modify until 23:59 on the day prior to arrival, using the website of the hotel
b. you can cancel or modify until 14:00 of the day of arrival by contacting the hotel by phone or e-mail
c. If you cancel late or don’t show up, the full cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card which you have given us the details for by way of a guarantee.
If you choose the "non-refundable" rate, your credit card will be debited when you make your booking. "Non-refundable" bookings cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless it is done within the grace period of 24hrs following your reservation.
Some debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron, V Pay) cannot be used for non-refundable bookings.
